Message From CEO

Dear Clients, Partners and Associates.

More than a decade ago, my partner and I saw how businesses struggled to ‘stay open’. We started New Way & Associates with the simple mission of wanting to help such businesses restructure their operations in order to seek alternative financing for continuity of business, growth and development.

Following our initial success in helping to turn around several such businesses; one of which was and remains to this day, the largest private healthcare group in Vietnam; we decided to focus on the healthcare and education sectors from then on.

Over the next 10 years, we have helped close 17 healthcare-related M&A deals worth more than US$ 300 million in transaction value. The Hoan My Medical Corporation with its network of close to 15 hospitals, for example, has benefited from our advisory services as it remains the largest private healthcare service provider in Vietnam. Through hard work, unwavering trust and support from you, we have not only built a strong foundation for success in our field, we have also continued to lead the Vietnam market as a boutique M&A advisory firm with the largest number of successful healthcare deals and an estimated US$ 700 million pipeline of projects for potential investors out there. We are indeed grateful to all of clients, partners and associates who have become our friends over the years, without whom we would not have come this far.

We look forward to sharing our clients’ and partners’ successes through our advisory services in the new decade with our extensive knowledge and experience in and of the Vietnam market built over the last 10 years and with a team of multi-disciplinary professionals.

In closing, we wish you good health, peace, and many achievements in the new year and the new decade ahead.

Warmest regards,

Tan Tran
